QRecharge.com is an Online e-commerce prepaid Pin and TopUp. Please read the terms and conditions
carefully before purchasing Pin and Topup offered by www.QRecharge.com on
this website. By purchasing Pin and Topup on this website you agree to be bound
by Terms and conditions described on this page and Terms and conditions that may
apply to the specific cards provided by the specified provider and
carrier.
Centre Stone Solutions may vary the Terms and Conditions on this website without any prior
notice. By purchasing the Pins or TopUp from
www.QRecharge.com website you agree to be bound by the variation.
- A transaction is considered valid when Pin or Topup you wish to purchase
is available and at the same time your credit card payment is validated and
authorized by our merchant bank. In some occasions where selected Pin or Topup is not
available immediately, we will fullfill the order manually within 48 Hours. If your transaction cannot be validated
or authorized by our merchant bank, you transaction will not be completed. In
this case you need to use a different credit card.
- All transaction completed on www.QRecharge.com is final and
non-negotiable. The completed transaction is non-refundable for any reasons.y reasons.
- Centre Stone Solutions reserves the rights to refuse sale if you fail to comply
with any Terms of Sale

CUSTOMER EXCEED THE VALUE, CALCULATED AT QRecharge.com'S
THEN-APPLICABLE RATES, OF THE UNUSED MINUTES ON A CUSTOMER'S PREPAID CALLING
CARD ("PIN"). SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW SOME LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO THE
FOREGOING LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
THE RISK OF LOSS OF ALL PINS PURCHASED THROUGH THIS WEB SITE SHALL PASS TO
CUSTOMER IMMEDIATELY UPON PURCHASE AND CUSTOMER SHALL ASSUME ALL RISK OF LOSS.
QRecharge.com SHALL NOT BE OBLIGATED TO PROVIDE CREDITS OR REFUNDS
(IN ANY FORM OR AMOUNT) FOR LOST OR STOLEN PINS, MISUSED PINS, UNAUTHORIZED OR
FRAUDULENT USE OF PINS, OR FOR PINS THAT HAVE UNUSED OR EXPIRED MINUTES.
THE OBLIGATIONS OF QRecharge.com UNDER THIS AGREEMENT ARE SUBJECT
TO, AND QRecharge.com SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR, DELAYS, FAILURES TO
PERFORM, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR DESTRUCTION, OR MALFUNCTION OF ANY EQUIPMENT OR ANY
CONSEQUENCE THEREOF CAUSED OR OCCASIONED BY, OR DUE TO FIRE, FLOOD, WATER, THE
ELEMENTS, LABOR DISPUTES OR SHORTAGES, UTILITY CURTAILMENTS, POWER FAILURES,
EXPLOSIONS, CIVIL DISTURBANCES, GOVERNMENTAL ACTIONS, SHORTAGES OF EQUIPMENT FOR
SUPPLIES, UNAVAILABILITY OF TRANSPORTATION, ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF THIRD PARTIES,
INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATIONS, ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF THIRD PARTY SERVICE
PROVIDERS, OR ANY OTHER CAUSE BEYOND THE REASONABLE CONTROL OF
QRecharge.com.
- When your credit card payment is approved by Stripe.com, Centre Stone Solutions will
send the PIN and serial number to the email address that you specify during
account registration. The PIN will also be displayed on screen and can be retrieve later
using the email you had used to purchase.
You need to ensure that email address specified during registration is valid.
Centre Stone Solutions bears no responsibility for non-receipt or loss and theft
of the card details once it is sent to your nominated email address. If
you DO NOT receive PIN in your email address after the successful of your
transaction you MUST contact us within 3 business days.
- Centre Stone Solutions is Pin/Topup reseller of our suppliers. As such if you
have any issues or problems with your card, you must directly contact the
relevant Customer Service of each card provider. The contact numbers are listed
on our web site. Please provide the Serial Number of PIN Number or recharge
number for Topup when you contact
them. We DO NOT refund or replace any of lost, stolen or expired cards/pins or
unauthorized usage.
- TopUp/Cards/PINs purchased are NON refundable or exchangeable. Any refund is at the
sole discretion of Centre Stone Solutions. In the event Centre Stone Solutions has
agreed to provide you with a refund, it will be based at the price of the
Card offered for sale.
- If you are a new account holder, you will be limited to purchasing a maximum
value of $30 per week for the first two weeks of first purchase. Subsequent
orders will be limited to $100 a week thereafter. A new account holder is
identified and defined by the email address and/or by the credit card.
- We work to ensure that all information provided on our website is accurate.
However, certain information is subject to change without any prior notice. To
ensure that you always get the updated call rates, we recommend that you check
with the relevant customer services before placing your order. We DO NOT hold
any liability for any errors or/and omissions, and reserve the right to change
specifications, information and description of listed products.
