I have completed the transaction, but I have not received the pin, please help.

Make sure you check your email, also your bulk or spam folder as we automatically email you your pin. Unfortunately, it happens sometimes that an  transaction didn't got processed properly. However we automatically get notified that there is an error and as soon as the system is up and running we will process your order manually. It depends on the technical difficulties how long this will take. You can notify us by going to Contact us  and fill out the form.
